Polk County Community Survey
In an effort to assist the Polk County Board of Supervisors in their Strategic Planning efforts, the University of Wisconsin Cooperative Extension is conducting a public opinion survey. We are asking Polk County residents to express your views on Polk County's historic values, its current state and future direction. The input in this survey will provide valuable feedback for discussion. It will report on what people are thinking and reinforce decisions made through the county's participatory Strategic Planning program. The information in the questionnaire is neutral in nature to allow respondents to make up their own minds about a question or concern.
The public is also invited to attend forums regarding the direction of Polk County. These forums are:
- Luck Municipal Building, February 12, 7-9 pm
- Osceola Intermediate School, February 22, 7-9 pm
- Amery Middle School Library, February26, 7-9 pm
A survey can be saved, completed and returned to bob.kazmierski@ces.uwex.edu or sent to the Polk County Extension Office at 100 Polk County Plaza, Suite 210, Balsam Lake, WI 54810 or faxed to 715-485-8601.
