Nutrition Education Program (WNEP) in Price County
The
Family Nutrition Program provides information about foods,
nutrition and
resource management free of charge.
Some of the things we can teach you
are:
- Ways to stretch food and food
dollars.
- Ideas for low-cost meals.
- How to make low-cost, nutritious meals.
- How to keep your food safe.
- How to balance the foods you eat with physical
activity.

- Make a tasty creamed turkey on toast
- Make tempting turkey nachos
- Receive a collection of other turkey leftover recipes
November 11 at Christ the Servant Church, Park Falls, 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
November 12 at St. Therese of Liseaux Church, Phillips, 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Register no later than November 9th for the November classes.
There is no cost to attend, but space is limited. Call 339-2555 today to register. Pre-registration is required. All participants will be entered in a drawing to win a free crock pot!
