UW-Extension has help available. The Southwest Wisconsin Small Business Development Center has a business counselor, Gary Smith, to help you get started. Located at UW-Platteville, they serve Small Business Owners in Crawford, Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette and Richland Counties. They do have office hours in each county every month.
They provide one-on-one,no cost and confidential counseling. They can help you improve your business management skills by providing information and offering advice on virtually any aspect of starting and running a small business.
