Youth Education:
we provide education to youth regarding healthy eating habits,
food safety and hand washing. We work with youth in 4-H, after
school programs, summer school programs and in classrooms. Check out our recipes

Senior Education:
we provide heart healthy ideas to our senior and other adult audiences.
You may see us at Senior meal sites, the Reserve Elderly center,
the LCO Diabetic clinic, Health Fairs, and in workshops in various
locations. Take a look at our ideas
for heart healthy eating and activity.
Families with children and expecting
mothers: we provide walk-by displays and mini workshops for
this audience. You may see us at WIC, Head Start, Northwest Connections
Family Resource Center, the LCO Diabetic Clinic, Health Fairs and
the Lac Courte Oreilles Extension office kitchen center/classroom.
We also provide some home visit education for families with children through Sawyer County Public Health.
