The
process for joining 4-H in Shawano County is quite simple.
- First, select a 4-H
club to join. If you haven't done that yet, view the Shawano
County 4-H clubs list above.
- Second, call that
club's contact person and find out a little more about that
club and its members. Most 4-H members join in the fall, but
new members can be accepted at any time.
- Then fill out a 4-H
enrollment form, select your project(s) and get ready to
discover and learn through 4-H!
Enrollment
Guidelines
Enrollments,
changes of membership and/or projects are not official until accepted
in the UW-Extension office. Must be in the UW-Extension
office by designated deadline.
A. December
15- deadline for re- enrollments.
B. February 1 - Deadline for new members
to join 4-H and still be able to exhibit at the county fair in the Junior Division.
C. After February 1 - May still join 4-H, but will
not be allowed to exhibit at the county fair in the Junior Division.
