ADULT EDUCATION

We help limited income adults learn to make food choices consistent with the Dietary Guideline for Americans and the Food Group Pyramid. We help them manage their food resources and use thrifty shopping practices to purchase nutritious food, as well as teaching safe food handling, preparation and storage practices.

YOUTH EDUCATION

We provide school nutrition programs that educate children on proper diet, food safety, health & fitness.
