4-H PROJECT INFORMATION

What is a 4-H Project?

A 4-H project is a unit of 4-H work, which is the basis of "learning" experiences. Youth select projects based on the interests and skills they wish to attain on a yearly basis. This can be something they have worked with in the past or something they would like to try. After signing up for a project a member is given project literature, which includes valuable information for the member to use throughout the year. A leader can then help the member work on his/her projects. Members can then exhibit items at the County Fair, which showcase what they did or learned in the project.
