The Washburn County Board
of Supervisors welcomes youth in grades 9, 10, and 11 who are

youth an opportunity to play a valuable and active leadership
role in the governance of the county while enhancing their interest
in the operation of local government and civic participation.
Youth involvement on
the County Board will require not only enthusiasm, but also a

will be expected to attend County Board meetings. Youth will have
the opportunity to participate in committee meetings if interested.
