If you are a volunteer looking for an opportunity to serve Washington County, and have a few hours a month to spare, you've come to the right place!
Our office serves our community through 4-H Youth Development, Family Living opportunities and training, Nutrition education, Agri-business support, local government education, and non-profit organization seminars and planning.
To do this, we need your help!
We need volunteers in the following positions:
-
Answering phones (we're a small office with only 4 main phone lines)
-
Folding, stuffing, labeling, and mailing items to our partners and community leaders
-
Counting and separating items for distribution and/or inventory
-
Database entry (experience in Excel or Access needed)
-
Typing general forms (experience in Word necessary)
-
Typing and inserting Clipart to booklets, newsletters, etc (experience in Word and the internet necessary).
-
Sharpening pencils for upcoming seminars
-
Assembling Folders
-
Making copies
-
Sending Faxes
-
and much, much more!
If this sounds like something you might be interested in doing on a casual, volunteer basis,
please call Helen at
262-335-4480.
