Animal Premise Identification Plan Underway
Effective November 1, 2005 it will be mandatory for livestock producers to register their premises, the first step in livestock ID. The Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium (WLIC) is a national leader in livestock ID and is currently registering WI farms.
