Printing a Directory

Search for person by last or first name

  1. Type in the entire last name or just the first 3 characters of the last name.

    OR

    Type in the entire first name or just the first 3 characters of the first name.

    Search for Person by First/Last Name 
  2. Click the “Search for this Person” button.

  3. Search results will be displayed.  If there is more than one person with that name, you will be given a list of names from which to choose.
  1. Select the name you want, and then click the “Continue” button.

  2. The directory information for that person will be displayed.

  Directory information includes:

·          Name

·          Official Title

·          Working Title

·          Address

·          Phone

·          Email Address

·          County/Unit

 

 Directory Information for Person Search

To send an email message to an individual:

  1. Click the email address link for the person you wish to email.

  2. Your computer's email program will open with the recipient's email address in the "To:" field.

  3. Type and send your message as usual.
