- Registration forms are due back to the Western District Office
by Friday, Jan 25, 08.
- Registration fee of $16.00/person includes morning refreshments
and lunch.
- Registration fees can be mailed ahead of time or paid on
Friday, Feb 1, 08. Checks should be made payable to the Plaza
Hotel &
Suites, Eau Claire, WI.
- Individuals canceling reservations after 12:00 noon on Feb
1, 08, or registering and not attending, will be assessed the
full $16.00 registration fee.
