Review

Passing Down the Farm – The Other Farm Crisis outlines the emotional issue surrounding the farm succession.  It is written in a narrative style that is easy to read. It has a few statistics, but otherwise is not a technical manual.  It addresses the underlying issues of a transfer, which in many cases are previous conflicts and communication barriers. It offers the perspectives of dad, mom, grandparents, sons, daughters and in-laws.
