  1. Banana & yogurt
  2. Juice box & pretzels
  3. Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich
  4. Cereal & milk
  5. Fresh fruits: oranges, apples, grapes
  6. Muffin & yogurt
  7. Cheese & crackers
  8. Canned soup in thermos
  9. Popcorn
  10. Peanuts & raisins

Don't forget to keep food safe! Pack cold foods (milk, yogurt, cheese) with a small ice pack or a half filled frozen water bottle.
