CWAG is the largest, most effective grassroots coalition of senior organizations in the country and is made up of individuals and member groups that represents over 125,000 people in Wisconsin. It provides a variety of programs, services, advocacy, elder law and education to Wisconsin's senior citizens and to future generations.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities
A combination of housing options offered on camupus. Residents can move from one type of housing to another. If the older person becomes disabled, their changing need for care and services can be met without having to move off campus. The State Bar of Wisconsin provides this service for people who need a lawyer or help with a legal issue. A legal assistant experienced in analyzing potential legal problems can help you locate the best source of help. One call puts you in touch with three types of service:

1) Lawyer Hotline -- General legal information or answers (free)
2) Lawyer Referral -- Lawyer in your area (fee; ask about cost and what to bring to the appointment)
3) Community Referral -- Agencies or resources that can help (ex. consumer protection, the legislative hotline, low income legal services, equal rights division, and others)
