Consumer Health Education Team

UW-Extension Family Living Programs respond to community needs with research-based education and partnerships that support Wisconsin families and communities. The Consumer Health Education Team works toward improved access to health care, increased availability of providers and insurance, involvement in health care policy and improved health, fitness and quality of life including credible health care alternatives. Priority Areas include:

  1. Promoting access to, and affordability of, health care.
  2. Promoting healthy lifestyles and informed consumer choices.
