Families on the Move Press Release Series

Families on the Move is a series of news releases about nutrition and physical activity, produced by a work group of the Eating Well and Being Active team. The work group includes staff from Family Living Programs and 4-H and Youth Development, as well as physical activity content expertise from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. The releases are for UW-Extension county educators to use with local media and in newsletters and other resources.

The releases are available in two versions: a full press release and a shorter version intended for use in newsletters. Some releases also have supplemental resources.

These press releases have also been adapted for use in short lessons involving group discussion. To download, go to: http://www.uwex.edu/ces/cty/marinette/flp/FamiliesontheMove.swf
