Presenters:
Karen Goebel
, Professor and Extension Specialist, Family and Consumer Economics, Department of Consumer Science,School of Human Ecology, UW-Madison. She teaches in the areas of family estate planning, privacy issues, scams-fraud-ripoffs, financial and material elder abuse, long term care issues. Her research examines succession issues of family owned businesses.

Joan Kinney, Senior Lecturer and Internship Coordinator, Departments of Consumer Science and Environoment-Textiles-Design, School of Human Ecology, UW-Madison. She is a dissertator in Agricultural Journalism. Her research focuses on teenagers, privacy and the Internet. She teaches classes in personal finance, consumer behavior and retailing.

Glen Loyd, Public Information Officer, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Previously he was a TV investigative reporter for 20 years, was former senior editor of Today's Health Magazine, writer for the Chicago Daily.
