Caregiving affects everyone. It has been said that there are only four kinds of people - those who have been caregivers, those who currently are caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need care.
Today, one in four households are involved in caregiving to a person 50 or older (over 22 million) with projections that by 2007 over 39 million households will provide care. The following resources have been developed to help caregivers manage their various roles and responsibilities.
