Video:
The lessons are meant to accompany a video produced by Texas WIC called,
"A Healthy Body Suits Me." The video comes in an English and Spanish
version, each 14 minutes long. They can be ordered for $8 each from Allied

Evaluation
Breakfast education fits under WNEP Goal 2 (Dietary Quality). Evaluation
tools that address teaching concepts such as fruit and vegetables, whole grains,
or a balanced diet would be appropriate to use, even though not specific to
breakfast.
