The following is an instructional package intended to assist Medicare beneficiaries in making informed choices about the emerging options within the Medicare program. The package consists of program curriculum, its accompanying Powerpoint presentation, evaluation materials, and a listing of supplemental materials, many of which are directly linked to the relevant websites. 

The package was written for Medicare recipients in the State of Wisconsin, so contains information about specific health care providers in Wisconsin.  However, the curriculum  contains information relevant for beneficiaries in all states.  Many resources listed are national resources.  For those that are state specific, one could find parallel information for all states.
