Licensing Outside Wisconsin For Wisconsin UW-Extension offices, or Upper Penninsula Michigan extension offices cooperating with Kiwanis, or their partners. You will receive from us a CD-ROM containing the necessary PDF (Adobe Acrobat) files necessary to print the newsletter series. The back page of each issue is blank, and may be modified to include mailing information and institutional identification (so your organization's name, logo, referral number, etc. are the first thing the parent sees). Other modifications may be made with the prior written approval of Cooperative Extension Publishing Services. The term of the agreement begins on the date we receive your signed license agreement and initial fee payment. We expect to revise the newsletter and, of course, we will always provide you with any updates. We ask licensees to report usage and pay fees on a quarterly basis.
