How do I apply to have my presentation considered?
It's simple! The application form is in a word
document which can be downloaded for completion.
Applications must be submitted by email attachment or hard copy by November 1, 2006. (Addresses are noted on the application
form). The Review Committee for the session you have selected will evaluate
all applications and notify each person of the status of their application.
Applications will continue to be received throughout the year but are encouraged
as soon as possible to facilitate scheduling.
No supplemental materials will be considered as part of the application.
