Raising children and supporting parents and caregivers are among society's most important responsibilities. That's why we've put together this collection of parenting classes and resources that you can take advantage of right here in the St. Croix Valley!
These are brought to you by the UWEX Family Living programs in St. Croix, Polk and Pierce Counties in cooperation with the St. Croix Early Childhood Interagency Council. The Council was created to increase awareness of the importance of early childhood development along with helping provide better services for young children and families.
The Council includes representatives from UW-Extension, all seven St. Croix County School Districts (Hudson, Baldwin-Woodville, River Falls, Glenwood City, St. Croix Central, Somerset and New Richmond),Head Start, Birth to 3, Child Care Resource and Referral, Family Resource Center, United Way St. Croix Valley and Pierce Counties, St. Croix County Public Health, preschools, daycares and parents.
