University of New York-Buffalo and the New York State Research Institute on
Addictions.

- Joined Family Living Programs on a “visiting” appointment in 2006.
Highlights of Current Work Related to Family Living Programs
- Team Co-Chair: Healthy Relationships Team (HeaRT)
- Research on basic issues related to couple and family functioning
- Development of relationship education website for outreach to
“twenty-somethings” and in particular to students in the state’s two year
colleges
- Development and evaluation of relationship education programming
- The development and maintenance of healthy relationships across the life
course
- The couple relationship as it intersects with other programming areas (e.g.,
parenting, financial decision-making, caregiving).
