Evaluation Tools

These evaluation resources are developed or recommended by UW-Extension Family Living colleagues on the Family Financial Education team. Feel free to use any of these resources, in part or whole, to plan an assessment of your financial programming. If you use or adapt any of the evaluation tools developed by a UW-Extension colleague, we encourage you to let the author know as a courtesy.

 

Title:

Basic Money Management Class: Three Month Follow-up Evaluation

Purpose:

This evaluation tool has been designed to collect impact data from financial management classes and individual coaching which incorporates the following concepts:

  • SMART goals
  • Spending plan
  • Saving strategies
  • Debt repayment strategies
To be mailed 3 months after the workshop, workshop series or coaching sessions.  A sample cover letter is provided which should be localized for your office and personalized for the participant.  Note:  This cover letter is intended to accompany a copy of the SMART Goal they created for themselves during the class.
