JCEP Financial Policies:

A voucher transmittal form that has been reviewed and approved by the committee chair is to be sent to the treasurer for any reimbursements. Transmittal Form The line item that the expense is to be taken from needs to be indicated. When mileage reimbursement is being requested, attach a UW Travel Expense Report to your voucher transmittal form. The mileage reimbursement rate will be at the University rate. Registration fees for conferences attended as a JCEP Board Representative will be reimbursed at the early bird registration rate unless extenuating circumstances exist. When Wislines are scheduled, please carbon copy the treasurer of Wisline so costs can be assigned to the appropriate committee.
