Dear Extension Professional:
We invite you to participate in the 2008 JCEP (Joint Council
of Extension Professionals) Conference to be held April 1-3, 2008. Join your Extension colleagues from
around the state to re-energize through a variety of seminars,
poster sessions, accomplishment celebrations, professional meetings,
and friendship renewal and creation.
The planning committee has been hard at work to create a quality
conference based on needs expressed by associations and ESP members.
This year's conference is packed with activity!

Conference Fees/Registration Timeline:
- Full-time (2 1/2 days) “Regular” registration $125.00 per person and includes all meals, workshop sessions, and breaks.
- Registration forms must be postmarked by March 14, 2008 to receive these rates. Late registration will still be accepted.
Hotel Reservation Information:
Room blocks will be held until Tuesday, March 18, so call early to reserve your spot!
When you call, please say you are making reservations for the JCEP Conference, indicate the nights you will be staying and
whom you will be rooming with.
If you have a roommate, only one of you needs to make the reservation and give the name of your roommate.
**To reserve your room, contact the hotel directly. Do not register on the hotel website.
Direct billing is available from the Plaza Hotel & Suites. Contact the hotel directly, make reservations and turn in invoice to county with
confirmation number.
State rate is $62.00 single, $72.00 double occupancy. There is a refrigerator and microwave in every room.
Parking
Parking for conference participants and speakers is available at the Hotel free of charge.
Refund Policy:
Registration refund requests postmarked or received via email on or before March 14, 2008 will be automatically approved. A $20 processing fee will be assessed. Refund requests postmarked or emailed will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be made. In the event of a family or individual emergency, a member may request an exception to the policy and request a registration refund subject to JCEP Executive Board review and approval. The request must be postmarked or received via email by the JCEP Treasurer (Barb Barker) c/o Waushara County P.O. Box 487 Wautoma, WI 54982 not later than 14 days after the end of the conference.
