MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP CURRICULUM

The following Managerial Leadership Curriculum Modules are in varying stages of development (please consult the Managerial-Leadership Curriculum Spreadsheet). These modules are being developed to provide current and future opportunities to develop and improve management and leadership skills. To the greatest extent possible, each module is designed to be:

  1. Highly relevant to the Department Head role, and
  2. A web-based learning experience

Where appropriate, group interactive opportunities will be offered to augment your web experiences. Group interactive opportunities will be offered in a variety of formats, i.e. ETN, and face-to-face during regularly occurring group sessions, such as District Department Head Meetings, All-Faculty/Staff Meetings, and Statewide Department Head Conferences. At times, the audience for sessions will vary, but the core participant group in each module is Department Heads. Modules are structured to allow individuals to extend their learning experience via additional reading and other opportunities.
