Clarify Cooperative Extension's:
Work with your department / unit colleagues to prepare a mission statement, vision statement, objectives and goals for your department/unit. Identify any additional mandates that your unit is required to follow. (page 23, 7 KB)
Role model the core organizational and leadership values that Cooperative Extension faculty and staff want their leaders to demonstrate. (page 24, 8 KB)
