Consulate of Mexico Visit, May 29-31 & June 1

The Mexican Consulate based in Chicago will be in Manitowoc from May 29th to June 1st to issue passports and picture identification cards to Mexican residents and those with dual citizenship living in Manitowoc and Sheboygan County. Silver Lake College will host the Consulate visit at the Generose Enrichment Center located on the Manitowoc Campus.

Remaining 2008 Multicultural Consortium Meetings
What: The Multicultural Consortium of Manitowoc County provides
a forum for networking with people interested in increasing awareness of culturally-related
trends, needs, and programs. Through advocacy and shared leadership, the Consortium
works to make a positive difference in the lives of residents in Manitowoc County.
When: June 26, August, 28, October 23 and December 11
Where: Manitowoc County Office Complex (MCOC), 4319 Expo Drive,
12:15 1:30 p.m. bring your lunch.
How: Reservations are not needed. Persons wanted to be put on
an email reminder list of meetings can contact the UW-Extension Office at 683-4171.
