I have been with the University of Minnesota Extension Service for the past 23 years. I have worked with the 4H program for five years, and crops systems for eighteen years. Since July I have been County Extension Director in Lyon and Lincoln Counties. I have two children. My 18 year old daughter is in her first year of college and my 13 year old son is in the seventh grade. My wife is an elementary music teacher. I also serve as Mayor of the city of Marshall, a position I have held for ten years. Marshall is a regional center for Southwest Minnesota with a poulation of about 14,000 people.

I have been with the University of Minnesota Extension Service in Morrison County for over 26 years. The first 13 years I was the 4-H/Youth Development Extension Educator and the past 13 years I was the Extension Educator working in Agriculture. As of July 1st, I am the County Extension Director in Morrison - Todd - Wadena Counties. I am married and have 2 children, both attending college. We live on a farm in Central Minnesota.

I manage and direct the Simply Good Eating program in the seven-county Metro District with three other District Coordinators. I am directly responsible for the Simply Good Eating programs in Anoka and Hennepin County. I received my BS in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis and my MPH in Public Health Nutrition from the University of California at Berkeley. I am also a Registered Dietitian. Today, I am slowly working on my PhD in Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis campus. I enjoy traveling around the world, eating, running, spending time with family and friends and decorating my new home with my one and only Thomas.

For the past 25 years I have been an Extension Educator in Otter Tail County. My primary focus has been the 4-H Youth Development Program and also serving as County Extension Leader. Prior to Extension I was a high school vocational agriculture instructor for 4 years. I received a B.S. and M.S. degree from North Dakota State University. My new role, as of July 2002, is County Extension Director for Otter Tail and Wilkin Counties. I am married, have 4 children, enjoy studying history and participating in many outdoor activities.

I am a Regional Extension Educator in the North-East region of Minnesota with a focus in crop production. I have been with the University of Minnesoita Extension Service for the past two years and formerly served as the County Extension Leader for one year. I currently provide crop production information and edcation to producers, agronomists, and other ag professionals in addition to providing some support to the 4-H livestock programs. I have BS in Crop & Weed Sciences from NDSU (1998) and MS in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota (2001). I enjoy hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor activities. I am married to my wife Christine.

Minnesota Extension has just restructured, and our human resources unit is now evolving to support the changes. I am currently the human resources administrator focusing on HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, performance, labor relations, and compensation systems, etc. Some of these areas will be developing for us, so it's difficult to project exactly which area will be a primary focus this next year! I love HR work and I am thrilled to be part of this well-known leadership program and look forward to using new skills gained in my work. My academic degrees include a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Work, Community, and Family Education. In addition to working full-time I am married and the mother to two active young boys, ages 5 and 10. If I can get any time for hobbies they include, reading, gardening, antique collecting, cooking ethnic dishes, travelling, etc.
