Seminar One: Leading Yourself First

  • Outcome: Seminar participants will understand their own ability as a leader.
  • Seminar learning experiences will include completing pre-seminar readings and leadership inventories. The seminar will focus on inward reflection, developing your own vision statement, and building a leadership philosophy.
  • Location: Vail, Colorado - October 2-5, 2002

Seminar Two: Leading in a Multi Cultural World

  • Outcome: Seminar participants will deepen their own sensitivity to differences and understand how to provide leadership the meet the challenges of the changing population and changing workforce .
  • Seminar learning experiences will include cross cultural experiences that enable participants to understand the influence of race, culture, religion and language on leadership in contemporary work environments.

Seminar Three: Leading Work Teams

  • Outcome: Seminar participants will gain new understanding and develop skills to become effective leaders of work teams.
  • Seminar learning experiences will include state-of-the-art research on establishing high performance work teams. Outstanding invited keynoters and resource persons will share actual experiences of their involvement in teams and their organizations--private, public, and not-for-profit.
  • Location: St. Louis, MO - April 23-26, 2003

Seminar Four: Leading in the 21st Century

  • Outcome: Seminar participants will understand how to provide visionary leadership in changing political, governmental, and technological environments.
  • Seminar learning experiences will include future trend analysis of anticipated changes in public and education sectors with a special emphasis on the role of technology in these changes.
  • Location: Washington, DC - September 3-6, 2003
