participants will understand their own ability as a leader.
- Seminar learning
experiences will include completing pre-seminar readings and leadership
inventories. The seminar will focus on inward reflection, developing
your own vision statement, and building a leadership philosophy.

in a Multi Cultural World

participants will deepen their own sensitivity to differences and understand
how to provide leadership the meet the challenges of the changing population
and changing workforce .

on leadership in contemporary work environments.
