Tony is a native of the beautiful resort town, White Sulphur Springs, WV. Prior work experiences include: Associate Dean of Students at Knox College; Student Affairs Director at University of New Mexico; and Recreation Director at Crow Creek Reservation High School-SD. In his role as Unit Leader, he is responsible for program development and evaluation, marketing, volunteer and employee development, and fiscal accountability. Tony is a Certified Diversity Facilitator and was recently awarded Galesburg's Human Relations Award for 2003. He is married to his lovely soulmate, Marie. They have six children ranging in age from 15 to 30, and one grandchild.

Sheri Seibold is an Extension Specialist, 4-H Youth Development with University of Illinois Extension. Her primary responsibility is for volunteer and leadership development. Sheri has been employed by University of Illinois for 25 years and has worked at the county, regional and state level. Sheri has worked on the topics of risk management, volunteer management systems and training, service learning, and character education. Sheri has a B.A. from Iowa Wesleyan College and a M.S. from Northern Illinois University in Home Economics Education.
