I am enjoying my third year with Extension, after almost 20 years in the nonprofit sector. My work focuses on communications and administration for programming concerned with the economic and civic capacity of communities. I am particularly interested in rural communities which face particular challenges in this century. I am a native Nebraskan, and my bachelor's degree is from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My masters' degree in public affairs came from the Humphrey Institute of the University of Minnesota.
