I began my Extension career in 1979 as Extension Educator, 4-H & Youth Development and served in three different counties over a span of 23 years. I also served as the County Extension Director for two years. Currently I am serving as the Interim District Director covering 20 counties in the southwest part of the state.

I have worked for Extension 11 years, both as a Youth Educator and a Consumer & Family Science Educator. Currently I'm very involved in a Lifelong Learning Network as advisor/interim director and teaching CDA classes to child care providers. I am married and have three grown children, all educators.

Pam has been with Purdue Extension as a Youth Educator for seventeen years after teaching at the elementary level for 13 years. She has a bachelors degree from DePauw University and a masters from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The Jackson County program includes a strong School Enrichment component that gives Pam the opportunity to teach and a thriving 4-H enrollment that gives her the opportunity to try to stay organized. She is married and the mother of a daughter Betsy and a deseased son, Carl.

Jeff is the current past president of the Indiana Extension Educators Association. He has served as Youth Section President, and served on a number of county, state and national committees in the youth sections. Jeff holds both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Indiana Univesity in Bloomington, where he currently resides. He has been associated with Purdue Univesity for twenty-one years.
