I have been with UW-Extension for four years as a
commercial horticulture educator. I work primarily with green industry
professionals in my county and throughout the state. I also work
with fruit and vegetable growers and am a coleader of the states
extension horticulture team. |

Kandi has been a 4-H Youth Development Educator for 20 years in Washington County. Program efforts include a strong 4-H community club program and outreach programming. Community club programs include a year long Special Emphasis Program, Friends Helping Friends Program. Outreach efforts include afterschool programs, Friends Helping Friends, Celebrate Families and collaborative efforts.
Kandi is married and has two children: Stephen (14) and Christine. (11). Their family enjoys fishing, snowmobiling and spending time together.

| Bev has served as the state Coordinator for
Nutrition Education Programs for limited income audiences since 2002.
Prior to that she held positions as the assistant coordinator and as
a curriculum specialist. Bev is especially interested in ways in which
we can collect information and tell the stories of the work we do in
Extension programs. She has 3 nearly grown children and likes to garden. |

| Chuck has been the Polk County 4-H Youth
Development Agent for sixteen years, and in addition is currently serving
as part of a two person leadership team as Co-Department Head. Programming
areas include: Strengthening 4-H Club Leadership, Youth Voices in Community
Action and Governance, and Helping Youth Understand Agricultural Issues.
He serves as the educational advisor to the Polk County 4-H program,
consisting of over 700 members and 330 adult orientated volunteers.
Outreach programs include the Polk County Tobacco Coalition, Teen Court
Advisory Board, and the Youth Enrichment Partnership Committee, being
co-chair of that coalition. Community service roles related to the
profession include serving on the Unity School Community Education
Advisory Board. He received a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin,
Eau Claire in Biology and Chemistry, Secondary Education, and a MS
in Research Botany. Chuck has served in many leadership roles in the
organization including President of WAE4-HYDP and being an active member
of the Department of Youth Development and in leadership roles in maters
of faculty governance. |

Bill
has served as the UW-Extension/Cooperative Extension Community
Resource Development Educator in Dane County, WI since January
1997. Bill's areas of professional and academic interest include
community leadership and development, and organizational change
and innovation. His Extension programming focuses on local governments,
civic and not-for-profit organizations, and citizens, on topics/issues
including organizational development and assessment; participatory
decision making; downtown revitalization; strategic planning; community
economic analysis; and community planning. Bill received his Bachelors
(1974) and Masters Degrees (1983) from Western Illinois University,
both in Recreation, and his Ph.D. in Community and Organizational
Development from Michigan State University (2001). Bill lives in
Madison, WI with his wife, Kirsten Norslien, and their own personal
petting zoo consisting of two dogs and three cats.

Administrative leader for budgeting and management
of the Milwaukee County Extension office, and primary liaison with
Milwaukee County government and staff. Lead staff in organizational assessment and strategic planning process
to identify and address goals. As
a county office director, co-manage four county administrative cluster
in southeast Wisconsin for the UWEX "Quad Counties" initiative.
Tenured faculty member-develop and teach educational programs in
community and economic development, leadership development, and organizational
development and management. Member, Department of Community Resource Development Standards,
Rank and Promotion Committee, 2002-05, and seven-year board member
and two-term President of statewide professional association for
faculty and colleagues of UWEX, Department of Community Resource
Development.
