Responsibilities:
Joan designs and provides professional development in the areas of teaching, adult learning, instructional design and quality distance education to Cooperative Extension campus and county-based faculty and staff within and outside of Wisconsin.  She provides individual and group consultation relevant to teaching and learning in face-to-face and distance learning environments.
