Responsibilities:
Jeffrey provides leadership to build Cooperative Extension’s capacity to effectively work with and serve underrepresented communities, especially racial-ethnic communities around the state. This includes working across program areas to foster institutional change for equity and social justice in the work of Cooperative Extension.
