Description
|
This one day, hands-on workshop will help you improve your
ability to create a useful logic model. We will start
with the basics but move to applications using real programs. We
will create logic models for short-term, focused programs
as well as for multi-component, long-term programs. We
will discuss theories of change and best practices in logic
model development. This workshop is for people
who want to improve their own skills or be able to help others
develop and use logic models.
Participants
will:
- Increase their ability to develop logic models that communicate
a program’s value
- Understand the difference between different types of
logic models and know what to apply in their own situation
- Increase their knowledge of theories of change and be
better able to connect activities to outcomes
- Increase their understanding of the value of logic modeling
and resources available
This
highly interactive workshop will use actual program examples
and practical, fun activities to cover core concepts and
best practices in logic modeling. Participants will
develop logic models and critique logic models that are provided. |
