LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP - 7 Habits of Highly Effective People ™ 4 Day Seminar

Description

7 Habits logo

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program helps participants achieve personal and interpersonal effectiveness from the inside out.  Based on powerful, proven principles, participants will be able to improve their performance and results by first building a foundation of personal effectiveness, then by working successfully with – and through – others.  Over 200 of your UWEX colleagues have already participated and, in the words of one, “It is a life changing experience.”

The program includes the following:

  • 7 Habits Benchmark is a tool designed to measure current effectiveness.  This pre-work activity serves as a point from which to develop individual action plans.
  • 3 ½ Day Seminar emphasizes effectiveness in the workplace.  It includes exercises and case studies participants can directly apply to their roles at work, at home, and in the community.
  • 7 Week Contract is a post-seminar experience where participants have the opportunity to apply each of the 7 Habits in both their personal and professional lives.
  • Other Learning Opportunities will be identified by participants and designed to address specific areas for additional growth.
