Planning and Results System
2008 Filing Deadline
The deadline date for submitting 2008 Success Stories, Individual Statistics and Impacts will be Friday,
January 9, 2009.
Most people will choose a regular timeframe to enter their program data whether
that is immediately after the program occurs, monthly, quarterly, or some other
time frame. Consult with your department head, district director or state program
director for exceptions to guidelines.
All
2008 reports must be filed no later than Friday, January 9, 2009. This
allows adequate time for administration to review all narratives prior to the
annual review process.
