CNMP Training - Minnesota
Pre-requisites
For the engineered component where individuals plan to work
on the design, conduct construction inspection and certification of engineered
NRCS technical standard practices:
A Professional Engineer (PE) certification
in the State of Minnesota is required or the individual is in the process
of becoming a registered PE.
For the agronomic component where individuals
plan to work on nutrient management planning to utilize animal waste
as a nutrient source:
Be a
practicing Technical Service Provider (TSP) or requesting TSP certification
or have taken a 590 nutrient management planning training course or
the University of Minnesota Extension courses: Manure Management I-Nitrogen;
Manure Management II- Phosphorus; and Manure Management III- Developing
a Plan or have equivalent knowledge.
