Training Information & Registration

Audience:
Cooperative Extension employees who wish to create Word documents incorporating customized forms, fields, and merged content.
Learning
Objectives:
Through lessons and hands-on practice exercises you will further your knowledge of Microsoft Word 2003.
At the end of this course you will be able to:
- Create a mail merge form letter and data source
- Use an existing database as the data source for a mail merge
- Create forms with text fields, check boxes, and drop-down fields
- Automate text entry using Word fields
Prerequisites
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Word.
Registration & Cancellation
Please register for the session of your choice. The face to face classes must have a minimum of 8
registrations to be held.

Once you register for a class, you are expected to attend, or cancel at least one week
in advance. This will allow time for your spot to be offered to a colleague waiting for
training.
