Before You Start

1. Make sure an on-line survey is the best, most appropriate way to collect the data you want.
2. Request Program Leader approval. A zoomerang survey is considered a project by Program Support. You will need to contact your program leader for approval and prioritization.
3. Review the PDE publications of relevance:

4. Then, consult with PDE staff for specific assistance. We strongly encourage you to discuss any questions you may have. They will help you design a friendly, usable survey that will provide you with the data you need.
