The purpose of this manual is to enable tobacco-free coalitions in Wisconsin to measure the outcomes of their work. Knowing what difference you are making is critical for accountability and for continuous improvement. Engaging in evaluation will help coalitions make sound decisions to achieve desired results and have important information to share with others.

MISSION

The University of Wisconsin - Cooperative Extension staff from the Program Development and Evaluation unit provides technical assistance and training in program evaluation for community coalitions receiving funds from the Wisconsin Tobacco Control Board. Four regional specialists work with tobacco-free coalitions to design results-based programs and implement evaluations that are practical, credible, and useful. More about what we do
