Conference Registration

To register for the conference, please complete the Zoomerand Online registration. The link to the registration is provided below.

NOTE: After you have completed the registration you must still send in your check or money order for the appropriate $ amount made payable to "2008 WACEC Conference" and mailed to the address below.

STEP 1: Complete the Online Zoomerang Registration. - Online registration is now closed. If you would like to register for the conference, please contact Jennifer Brindley in the Central District Office at 715-346-2760.

STEP 2: Send in your Payment.

PAYMENT: Include payment for ALL of the selected package(s) for you and your spouse/guest.

• The full conference package includes: Tuesday morning break, lunch, tour, dinner and entertainment; Wednesday breakfast and the awards lunch.
• Total your selected package(s) below, and add $15 to the total if you are sending in your payment after May 15, 2008, the registration deadline date.
• The only form of payment accepted will be by Check or Money Order. No Credit Cards or Cash will be accepted.
• No payment at the conference will be accepted.
• Make your check or money order payable to "2008 WACEC Conference".

• Refunds are subject to WACEC Board of Directors' Policy:
  1. Total amount of registration fee will be refunded if request is made BEFORE the registration deadline date.
  2. Requests for refunds between the registration deadline date and conference date will be subjected to a 25% fee for costs related to adjustment of conference counts and meals.
  3. Refunds for non-attendance at the conference because of death, serious illness or natural disaster will be subject to a 25% fee. Conference registrants must communicate their situation to the district secretary responsible for conference registration as soon as possible and copy such notification to the WACEC Treasurer. Non-attendance without sufficient cause will result in NO refund of conference registration fees.

  • $85 Attendee Only - Full Conference Package
  • $85 Spouse/Guest - Full Conference Package
  • $35 Attendee Only - Wednesday Only
  • $35 Spouse/Guest - Wednesday Only
  • Late Fee (Add $15 to the total after May 15, 2008)
