In the heart of downtown Milwaukee, the Hyatt Regency hotel is connected to the Midwest Airlines Center convention facility, Federal Plaza and Grand Avenue Mall. It's conveniently located two blocks from the Bradley Center, Performing Arts Center and Entertainment District and one block from the scenic Riverwalk.
Conference attendees are encouraged to make room reservations as soon as possible. Our room block expires on May 22, 2010 and we will no longer have the group rate after that day.
It is important that you use the above link or the reservations phone number. The Hyatt front desk phone number and main website will not have access to the WACEC room blocks and room rates.
Conference Room Rates: $105.00 per night for a single or double room. The WACEC Board of Directors has agreed to underwrite $25 for each WACEC member to reduce the room rate to $80. Note that the underwriting applies only to WACEC members, not their guests, spouses, etc. All other conference attendees will be charged the $105 conference room rate.
WACEC members are asked to identify themselves as a “WACEC Member” when they register for their hotel room at the Hyatt Regency to receive the reduced room rate.
Valet parking at the Hyatt is available at a special rate of $14/day for conference attendees. Please pull your car up to the main hotel entrance and let the valet attendant know that you are with the WACEC conference. The valet bill will appear on your hotel bill when you check out.
Transportation from Northern/Western Wisconsin to Milwaukee
A coach bus will provide transportation to/from Milwaukee from Northern/Western Wisconsin. Meal (lunch) arrangements for June 21 will be determined based on numbers. Round trip cost is $50/person.

Depart Milwaukee at 2:00 pm with stops in reverse order if there are people to drop off.
