Evaluation ToolsThe evaluation tools in this collection vary in their match to appropriate teaching topics and strategies—some are designed for use with single lessons on a specific topic, others are appropriate to capture behavior changes that occur due to a series of lessons that help the children and youth learn and adopt new behaviors.
Human Subjects Protection—Informed Consent to ParticipateThe end of session evaluation questions that are designed for this evaluation project are intended to be asked of all willing adults who
participated in the lesson being evaluated. "I am going to ask you a question that will help us see what you have learned today. You do not have to answer the question if you dont want to. All of your answers will be private." Do not record individual learners names on evaluation forms or questions. Do not share individual answers or comments made by the learners with other teachers or staff. |
