Step 2. Implement your hiring plan

Does it seem like did a lot of work before hiring approval was given? You did. Now you have to follow your plan.

Place your ads, mail your announcements and follow the actions you listed on your recruitment plan. Soon you'll be getting calls asking for application information.

Tips

When potential candidates call for an application, ask them where they learned about the job opening. Keep track of answers to determine how effect various sources are for future openings.
